Distinctive Homes Winter Edition has Fresh Look, Increased Circulation and New “eMagazine” Electronic Format

Distintive Homes Cover for website Distinctive Homes, Coldwell Banker Burnet’s exclusive magazine devoted to the finest residential properties in this region, enters its 23rd year of quarterly publication with a crisp new look, electronic “eMagazine” format and increased circulation. 

We have changed the production of this magazine to a new four-color process and we have made the following changes without increasing our agent’s cost of advertising in the magazine:

  • The magazine is now mailed to 32,000 households in the greater Twin Cities metro area, including western Wisconsin.  Each household is valued at $500,000+ for tax purposes and has a verified household income of $150,000+.  Formerly we mailed to 24,000.

  • The magazine now appears in an “eMagazine” format on CBBurnet.com.  Agents can e-mail their ad or the entire magazine to their clients or sphere.  When the public clicks on an ad of a listed property, the public is taken to the full MLS listing information on CBBurnet.com including all pictures of the property.  Each magazine will appear for 90 days after publication and then be archived.

  • Beginning February 1st, the contents of the magazine will appear under a Previews-Distinctive Homes banner on StarTribune.com, Minnesota’s most visited website with two million unique visitors per month.  The content will be live for 90 days.
