Renew Your Agent Personal Branding on Realtor.com: Deadline April 2
The sign-up period to renew your agent personal branding on Realtor.com is March 1 through April 2. During the sign-up period, you can purchase a low-cost $99 per year personal branding package that will display on all your listings on Realtor.com.
After April, 2, the price will increase to $149. The $149 price will pro-rate every month through the rest of the year for both new and existing agents.
Sales associates can choose to renew either via the online credit card system or via check. On Toolbox on the right side, you will find a convenient link under “Agent Tools” named “Realtor.com Sign-Up.” Click on the link and you will be taken to NRT’s Gateway where you can log in with your user name and password.
There is also a “Realtor.com Agent Branding” link in the “Marketing Solutions” menu on AgentControlPanel.com.
Checks will be accepted only during the signup period until April 1 and must be submitted to your office administrator to be sent in a weekly batch to NRT’s National Finance Department. Sales associates cannot renew using their A/R. Make checks out to NRT LLC for $99.
Sales associates who take advantage of this opportunity will have the following displayed on their listings on Realtor.com:
- Your name
- Your photo
- Your phone numbers
- Your fax number
- Your e-mail link
- A link to your contact information
- A link to your other listings
- A link to your Web site
