American Home Shield is a business that’s committed to providing maximum value to our partners/clients/homeowners. Due to recent Air Conditioning Legislation – R22 to R410A Transition (covered under the “Core” Warranty) and market conditions, providing true value to our clients comes at a higher cost and therefore, beginning August 1, 2010 a $12 price increase will be added to the cost of Coldwell Banker Home Protection “Core” Plan administered by AHS Home Warranty.

Any warranty initiated prior to August 1^st will receive the current “Core” pricing $420/$480. Any warranties initiated after August 1^st will be at the new price $432/$492.  If an Associate currently has listing coverage on a property, AHS will continue to honor the current pricing until the listing is renewed or closed (whichever comes first), any listing needing renewal after August 1^st will have the new pricing. In addition to the price increase, the new applications have been redesigned to be clear, informative, easy to understand and simple to use.
