The Marketing Department is still serving you from our Corporate Office and they are now supported by a marketing team in Chicago. The marketing department is coordinating sales associate personal marketing, company marketing initiatives, public relations and internal communications, electronic marketing, and advertising production.
We’ve had tremendous positive response to Mobile Training and now have 13 field training locations. Coldwell Banker University has a wide variety of course offerings including technology, marketing, short sales & foreclosures, financing, forms, fair housing & agency. CBU also continues to produce FastStart and ProStart training in our training center at 7550 France in Edina. The U-Pass gives you unlimited access to Master Series and Technology classes for $99. And, if you’re looking to take your business to the next level, we also have Flight Plan, a customized strategic planning and business advisory/coaching program.
Home Resource Center / Concierge
Our Home Resource Center has expanded their team. They continue to provide their services locally as well as to numerous other Coldwell Banker companies around the country. They are managing Internet lead generation systems for you and coordinating Concierge services for your prospects and clients.
Our IT staff continues to be headquartered in our Corporate Office, supporting our network, Internet access, telecommunications, Outlook email, property data feeds, and a variety of other tech functions. Their team also includes PC Techs in the offices that respond to the needs of computer users throughout the company. The IT staff at our headquarters office also provides services to other Coldwell Banker / NRT offices in the Central Region.
Burnet Relocation is operating out of our Corporate Headquarters in Edina and is partnering with our relocation division in Chicago. The relocation team is handling relocation property pre-marketing, homefinding, management of inventory properties, affinity programs management, and incoming, outgoing and outmarket referrals.
Facilities / Office Services / Courier
Our facilities team continues to work out of our Corporate Office, managing our local office facilities, and also providing facilities management services to other Coldwell Banker/NRT companies. This group also continues to run our Office Services and Courier Services.
Operations / Legal
The Coldwell Banker Burnet senior management team and their support staff continue to be located in our Corporate Office. Our sales administration team still handles your legal issues from 7550 France Ave S as well.
Accounting / Finance
Your point of contact for accounting, accounts payable and finance is now in your local office. Talk to your Office Administrator if you have questions in those areas. And, be aware that commissions are now being processed in the branch office. Your office staff is teamed up with our accounting team in the Regional Support Center in Chicago to handle commission services. You also have online access to all your sales information through the Agent Earnings online tool via Toolbox. With Agent Earnings, you can see a current “snapshot” of your sales information. And you can view your A/R statement, view payment history, and pay charges online with your Visa or MasterCard through Agent A/R. Today we have access to more resources. Our new structure is one that places resources locally as needed, but also uses technology to share resources regionally for greater efficiency. Marketing is headquartered in Minnesota, with access to more resources than ever before in Chicago. Accounting is headquartered in Chicago, but everyone has a local contact person in their office. Relocation has extensive resources locally and regionally. Training, Office Services, and Operations / Legal are locally based. In the case of Facilities, Home Resource Center / Concierge, and Information Technology, our locally situated teams are now the Regional Support Centers for their function.
