All Sales Associates are Required to Take a Residential Leasing Class by June 30

According to a new mandatory requirement by the Minnesota Department of Commerce all agents must take a residential leasing class and pass a 25 point exam. This course will cover all aspects of residential leasing: responsibilities of leasing agents, new required forms, disclosures and addendums, brokerage fees, fiduciary responsibilities of all parties, and working with landlords and renters.
