The Beginner’s Guide to New Construction Sales

This course will introduce the student to the arena of Residential New Construction Sales.  Content targeted towards agents with limited or no experience representing buyers in a new construction sale or who have never represented a builder.  This course is designed to introduce the students to the 'Who, What, Why & Where' of New Construction builders by detailing the listing side and buyer side expectations of small, medium, and large builders.  This course will review the difference between New Construction and Pre-Owned homes along with a detailed section of the sales process.  In addition, students will be learning housing terminology to sound like a pro and finish with additional sources for New Construction classes and designations.  The objective is to provide the agent with enough knowledge to feel comfortable recommending why New Construction might be an option for their clients.

 

 

Instructor:  Rob Phyle began his real estate career in 2001 specializing in residential new construction sales and his experience includes representing 9 local builders.  Rob is currently Education Manager for Coldwell Banker Burnet and is a licensed Broker, he also earned his CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation in 2003 from the National Association of Home Builders, along with GRI and RSA.
