This course is designed to assist agents in connecting with consumers through internet marketing and social networking websites. Agents will learn some basic ways to utilize the many tools available to them to engage and monitor conversations, connect with their customers through multiple communication channels, and to provide theirs customers with the tools and trends to assist them in the buying and selling process. The agent will become familiar with the basic uses for Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter and how to effectively use each tool for communication and marketing.

Instructor: Rob Mehta brings both agent and broker experience to his classroom. His experience spans 13 years in the real estate industry, including 8 years as a broker/owner and founder of two brokerage companies. Rob is a 2009 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, 2009 Minnesota Association State President, 2005 graduate of Compass Academy (the leadership academy of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS), 2003 Re/Max Broker of the Year and he has served on the national board and executive committee for AREAA. He is a current board member for both MNAR and NAR. In November he was installed as the 2011 NAR Presidential Liaison to Technology and Business Issues.
