When an agent has taken this class and passed the exam they will have fulfilled the new mandatory requirement by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. This course will cover all aspects of Residential Leasing i.e., responsibilities of leasing agents, new required forms, disclosures & addendums, brokerage fees, fiduciary responsibilities of all parties, and all aspects of working with landlords & renters.
