This course is designed to assist agents in connecting with consumers through internet marketing and social networking websites focusing on Twitter and LinkedIn. Agents will learn some of the most effective ways to utilize the many advanced tools available to them to engage and monitor conversations, connect with their customers through communication channels, and to provide their customers with tools and resources to assist them in the buying and selling process.

Instructor: Rob Mehta – Sales Manager at the CBB Plymouth Office, brings both agent and broker experience to his classroom. His experience spans 14 years in the real estate industry. He is a current board member for both MNAR and NAR. He was the 2011 NAR Presidential Liaison to Technology and Business Issues.
